1Before I begin I layer my bananas and wafers in a dish. In a heavy boiler combine sugar, flour and salt and eggs. Whisk together then add milk. Cook over medium heat whisking CONSTANTLY until thick. Watch it closely as it will scorch. I use a WHISK. Just before it gets thick add vanilla
2When pudding reaches desired thickness immediately pour over layered bananas and wafers. Ready to eat hot or cold!
