Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk, whole
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 6 to 8 large bananas
How To Make banana pudding

Step 1Before I begin I layer my bananas and wafers in a dish. In a heavy boiler combine sugar, flour and salt and eggs. Whisk together then add milk. Cook over medium heat whisking CONSTANTLY until thick. Watch it closely as it will scorch. I use a WHISK. Just before it gets thick add vanilla

Step 2When pudding reaches desired thickness immediately pour over layered bananas and wafers. Ready to eat hot or cold!

Step 3You can make a meringue out of egg whites and sugar but I prefer it without
