  • 1 can(s)
    (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 1 pkg
    (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 3
    bananas, sliced
  • 36
    vanilla wafers

How to Make Banana Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk and water.
  2. Beat in pudding mix until smooth.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into chilled pudding mixture.
  6. In a 2 1/2 quart serving bowl, spoon 1 cup pudding mixture.
  7. Top with 1/3 each of the wafers, bananas and remaining pudding.
  8. Repeat layers twice.
  9. Chill until serving.
