I sometimes use 2 cartons of Cool Whip and mix 1 1/2 with pudding and sour cream; then use remaining as top layer with toasted coconut. This can also be made low fat by using the reduced fat vanilla wafers, sour cream, and Cool Whip.

Ingredients For banana pudding

  • 2 small box
    of instant banana cream pudding mix
  • milk
    according to direction on pudding mix
  • 1 8oz
    carton of sour cream
  • 2 box
    vanilla wafers
  • 1
    carton of Cool Whip (softened)
  • bananas

How To Make banana pudding

  • 1
    MIx pudding according to directions on box. When pudding is thick, add sour cream and Cool Whip. Mix together. Begin layering with vanilla wafers followed by sliced bananas and then pudding mix. Continue until finished.
