- 1rince rice, until water is almost clear. I soak it and keep changing the water to remove most of the starch.
- 2In a 3 quart baking dish, add all ingredients, stirring to incorporate.
- 3bake, uncovered in a 325 degree oven 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- 4You can stir halfway thru baking time if you wish. Check rice for doneness.
