How to Make Baby Henry's Bread Pudding
- Pre-heat oven to 350. Lightly butter a 12x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl gently mix the bread and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- In another large bowl mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Gradually stir in melted butter. Add the bread with its milk and the raisins and mix gently. Pour into the prepared dish.
- Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45mins. Cool for 10 minutes Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature
