2 of my favorite desserts are cheesecake and banana pudding ... so I thought "why not combine them?".. this is what I ended up with.. but be fore-warned... its addictive...lol

Ingredients

2 packages vanilla instant pudding
1- 8oz packages cream cheese
3 1/2 cups milk
1 - 16oz - container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 large bananas
25-35 - vanilla wafers
- additional banana slices

How To Make awesome banana pudding

Step 1

In a lg bowl, beat together the pudding mix and the cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed til well combined. Gradually add the milk beating on low speed til almost smooth. Fold in the thawed whipped topping and the sliced bananas.

Step 2

Arrange a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom and up the sides of a 3 qt dessert dish. Top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture, repeat layers twice more, ending with the pudding mixture. Chill 2 - 24 hrs.
Step 3

Just before serving, garnish with additional slices of banana if desired.
