How to Make Aunt Jackie's Tapioca Pudding
- 1 beaten egg, 3 T tapioca, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup sugar.
Let sit 5 min to soften. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. (At this point I would remove from heat, although she didn't say so...) Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, stir after 20 min, put into large bowl or individual bowls.
