apple pudding
This is the first time I made it for a family dinner and it is almost gone for my son takes some to work in his lunch. Everyone enjoyed it. I doubled the recipe to put it in a 9x13 baking dish.

Ingredients
- 1/2 - margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
How To Make apple pudding

Step 1Cream the margarine and brown sugar in a bowl.

Step 2Add the egg and mix well.

Step 3Sift dry ingredients together.

Step 4Add to creamed mixture and blend well.

Step 5Add the apples and vanilla and mix.

Step 6Pour into a greased baking dish (8x8 or 9x9)and place nuts on top.

Step 7Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
