I doubled the recipe to put it in a 9x13 baking dish.
How to Make Apple Pudding
- Cream the margarine and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Add to creamed mixture and blend well.
- Add the apples and vanilla and mix.
- Pour into a greased baking dish (8x8 or 9x9)and place nuts on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
