How to Make Apple Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan. (app. 7x11)
  2. Combine bread crumbs, apples, and raisins.
  3. On stove top blend the brown sugar, milk and butter to a gentle boil and pour this mixture over the bread mixture. Let this rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile combine the cinnamon, vanilla and beaten eggs.
  5. Gently pour the bread and milk mixture into your greased pan. Drizzle the egg mix over this.
