I think this recipe may have come from Taste of Home at some time. I am not sure about the title of the recipe. It is a delicious recipe and I get compliments on it whenever I take it to any gathering.

Ingredients For almond coconut delight

1/2 cbutter, melted

1 call purpose flour

11/4 ccoconut
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 calmonds, slivered

4 ozcoconut instant pudding

4 ozvanilla instant pudding

2 2/3 ccold milk
-
2 ccool whip
How To Make almond coconut delight

1Mix first 5 ingredients. Press into greased 9 by 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minute until brown. Stirring every 10 minutes. Cool divide into half.

2Press 1/2 of mixture back into same baking dish. Mix coconut pudding and vanills pudding with milk, fold in Cool Whip. Spoon over crust and top with remaining crumb mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
