I think this recipe may have come from Taste of Home at some time. I am not sure about the title of the recipe. It is a delicious recipe and I get compliments on it whenever I take it to any gathering.

  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 11/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 4 oz
    coconut instant pudding
  • 4 oz
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 2/3 c
    cold milk
  • 2 c
    cool whip

How to Make Almond Coconut Delight


  1. Mix first 5 ingredients. Press into greased 9 by 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minute until brown. Stirring every 10 minutes. Cool divide into half.
  2. Press 1/2 of mixture back into same baking dish.
    Mix coconut pudding and vanills pudding with milk, fold in Cool Whip. Spoon over crust and top with remaining crumb mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
