I think this recipe may have come from Taste of Home at some time. I am not sure about the title of the recipe. It is a delicious recipe and I get compliments on it whenever I take it to any gathering.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 11/4 cups coconut
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup almonds, slivered
- 4 ounces coconut instant pudding
- 4 ounces vanilla instant pudding
- 2 2/3 cups cold milk
- 2 cups cool whip
How To Make almond coconut delight

Step 1Mix first 5 ingredients. Press into greased 9 by 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minute until brown. Stirring every 10 minutes. Cool divide into half.

Step 2Press 1/2 of mixture back into same baking dish. Mix coconut pudding and vanills pudding with milk, fold in Cool Whip. Spoon over crust and top with remaining crumb mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
