zucchini cream pie
Tried this for the first time at a church pot-luck. It was sooooo good, I begged for the recipe. I hope ya'll will like it as much as my family does!

Ingredients
- 1 cup zuchinni (peeled & seeds removed) cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - nutmeg
How To Make zucchini cream pie

Step 1In saucepan, cover zuchinni with water, and boil about 4 minutes. Drain.

Step 2Pour zuchinni into a blender with sugar, egg, flour, butter, milk, and vanilla. Blend till smooth.

Step 3Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Step 4Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees, and bake for another 35 mins.

Step 5Serve plain, or with a dollop of whipped cream.
