1 1/2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c
pecans, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c
shredded coconut
9-inch unbaked pie shell
whipped cream, banana slices, mint, optional garnish

How to Make Yummy Crumb Pie


  • 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut. Stir until well combined.
  • 2Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 38 minutes or until glossy and set. Remove from oven; cool completely on a rack. Once pie is cool, top with whipped cream, banana slices and a sprig of mint, if desired.
