- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 - 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- - whipped cream, banana slices, mint, optional garnish

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut. Stir until well combined.

Step 2Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 38 minutes or until glossy and set. Remove from oven; cool completely on a rack. Once pie is cool, top with whipped cream, banana slices and a sprig of mint, if desired.
