This is a recipe from Baker's Coconut (General Mills). Recipe and picture used with permission. Although I can't take any credit for this one its so good I couldn't resist posting it. It truly is wickedly rich and I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 4 - squares baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can (13 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 1/3 cups angel flake coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 - unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- - cool whip or whipped cream for topping
How To Make wickedly rich pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter together. Add milk, coconut, and sugar and mix well. Mixture should have cooled a bit. If not wait a few minutes. Stir in beaten eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting. Serve with whipped topping. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
