Although I can't take any credit for this one its so good I couldn't resist posting it. It truly is wickedly rich and I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • 4
    squares baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    (13 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 1/3 c
    angel flake coconut
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 large
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1
    unbaked 9 inch pie shell
  • ·
    cool whip or whipped cream for topping

How to Make Wickedly Rich Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Melt chocolate and butter together. Add milk, coconut, and sugar and mix well. Mixture should have cooled a bit. If not wait a few minutes. Stir in beaten eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting. Serve with whipped topping. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
