Step 2IN A MED.BOWL MIX SUGAR, BAKING POWDER,AND SALT. NOW ADD POTATOES AND BUTTER (MIX WELL).GRADUALLY ADD WHIPPING CREAM AND MILK ,STIRRING UNTIL WELL BLENDED,NOW STIR IN LEMON RIND, LEMON JUICE, VANILLA ,AND NUTMEG.ADD BEATEN EGGS AND MIX WELL.

Step 3POUR MIXTURE INTO PIE SHELLS AND BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 55 MIN. OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
