This is a very good, light dessert. It is one of my husband's favorites and great to make one for the family and one to take to a friend or freeze as it freezes really well. I have made it with baked pie crusts, as well.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 - 8 oz. package lite cream cheese
- 1 - 8 oz. lite Cool Whip topping
- 1 - small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 - Graham cracker crusts
- - chopped pecans for topping
How To Make white chocolate pie

Step 1Mix 1/2 cup of the cold milk with the softened cream cheese with a mixer until creamy. Fold in remainder of milk and pudding mixes. Stir in pineapple and add Cool Whip last. Pour into pie shells and top with chopped pecans. Freezes well.
