How to Make What's That Pecan Pie
- HEAT OVEN 375.
- IN A SMALL BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE ,1/3 CUP SUGAR ,1/4 TEASPOON SALT, 1 TEASPOON VANILLA, 1 EGG. ON LOW SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH, SET ASIDE.
- IN ANOTHER BOWL , BEAT 3 EGGS ON MEDIUM SPEED,ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR ,1 CUP CORN SYRUP,1 TEASPOON VANILLA. UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
- SPREAD CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF CRUST, SPRINKLE WITH PECANS .GENTLY POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER PECANS.
- COVER CRUST EDGE WITH FOIL. BAKE 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE .
- COOL COMPLETELY ABOUT 2 HOURS . STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.
