    pie crust ( pet ritz) soften
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese (soften)
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    corn syrup,light
  • 1 1/4 c
    pecans, halved

How to Make What's That Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. HEAT OVEN 375.
  2. IN A SMALL BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE ,1/3 CUP SUGAR ,1/4 TEASPOON SALT, 1 TEASPOON VANILLA, 1 EGG. ON LOW SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH, SET ASIDE.
  3. IN ANOTHER BOWL , BEAT 3 EGGS ON MEDIUM SPEED,ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR ,1 CUP CORN SYRUP,1 TEASPOON VANILLA. UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  4. SPREAD CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF CRUST, SPRINKLE WITH PECANS .GENTLY POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER PECANS.
  5. COVER CRUST EDGE WITH FOIL. BAKE 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE .
  6. COOL COMPLETELY ABOUT 2 HOURS . STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.
