I love this pie crust. No matter how much it is handled/rolled out, it never gets tough. I have even balled it up and put it in the freezer. After thawing, it rolls out just perfectly.

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups shortening, butter flavor
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoons water

Step 1Sift flour. salt and sugar. Cut in shortening. Combine egg, vinegar, and water. Add to flour mix and mix. I like to roll out between two sheets of saran wrap for ease of moving it onto the pie pan.
