Found this recipe in taste of home and had to make it for the family. It was a big it. Taste great warm out of the oven with ice cream.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet - refrigerated pie pastry
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter,melted
- 1 cup flaked coconut, optional
- - vanilla ice cream, optional

Step 1Unroll pastry into a 9-inch plate; flute edges

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, flour, cinnamon and the salt. Stir in the oats, syrups, buttur and vanilla: pur into crust. Sprinkle with coconut.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Serve with ice cream. Yields 8 servings
