Ingredients

2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
8 ounces package cream cheese,softened
1 package 4 serving size vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pint fresjh strawberries,hulled and halved
8-10 - grahm crackers, use more or less if neeeded

How To Make upside down strawberry cheesecake

Step 1

In medium bowl beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.

Step 2

Beat cream cheese till creamu and add pudding mix,milk ,sugar and lemon,beat till smooth.
Step 3

Add whipped cream and stir till well blended.
Step 4

Place straberry halves in bottom of 9" pie plate and cover bottom.
Step 5

Spoon cream cheese mixture over strawberries and top with crumbled grahm craackers mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cover and Chill.
