Unpredictable Coconut Pie
I know some the recipes are really lacking in some or all areas, but I am posting them as they are in the cookbook

1 3/4 csugar
1/2 cself rising flour
1/2 stickmargarine, melted
How to Make Unpredictable Coconut Pie
- Beat eggs.
- Mix sugar and flour well; add eggs, then milk, margarine, vanilla and coconut.
- Pour into two 9-inch pie pans or one deep pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until coconut browns on top and pie is set.
- No pie crust needed.
