My daughter-in-law introduced me to this wonderful pie. It is more common in the north and western areas of the country. I was a little skeptical, but love it. To me, it is better cold. So, enjoy.

Ingredients
- 9" - deep dish pie shell
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make transparent pie

Step 1Combine flour & sugars; beat in eggs, cream, salt, butter, & vanilla. Pour into pie shell & bake at 425 for 30-35 mins or until firm. It is great alone, with fresh whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate, or with fruit.
