This pie recipe I created, filled with trail mix for the first time.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cane syrup
  • 1 - graham cracker crust (9 inch)
  • 18 - chocolate covered peanuts, crushed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can sweet conndensed milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup trail mix
  • 16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

How To Make trail mix pie

  • Step 1
    Pour and spoon cane syrup into a graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with crushed chocolate-covered peanuts.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, sweet condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla pudding mix, peanut butter, brown sugar, and trail mix; mix well until blended and smooth.
  • Step 3
    Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Step 4
    Place the remaining whipped topping over the top and garnish with chocolate chips.
  • Step 5
    Chill for 4 hours before serving.
