Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups thinly sliced green tomatoes
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and rind with fork.

Step 2place tomatoes in layers in unbaked pie shell, sprinkle each layer with mixture.

Step 3place butter, cut into pats, throughout layers.

Step 4place unbaked pie shell on top and bake.
