This is a well loved pie at our house and it goes fast as you can see in the picture.

unbaked deep dish pie crust (i use a pat in the pan crust)
all purpose flour
firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
6 oz. nestle's or ghiradelli, mini chips
*optional- can add 1 cup of nuts, chopped
*sweetened whipped cream or ice cream
How To Make
Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. Mix in your flour, and 2 sugars. Beat in the butter and blend until creamy.
Stir in your morsels and nuts by hand and spoon into unbaked pie shell. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean near center. Cool on rack. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. (my favorite is the ice cream choice)
