Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    butter, melted and cooled to room temp
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1
    9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • ·
    whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

How to Make Toll House Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended.
  2. Blend in melted butter.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
