Ingredients

eggs
1/2 c
sugar
1 c
butter, melted and cooled to room temp
6 oz
chocolate chips
1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1
9 inch unbaked pie shell
whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

How to Make Toll House Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended.
  • 2Blend in melted butter.
  • 3Stir in chocolate chips
  • 4Pour into pie shell.
  • 5Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
