I have made this in the past and it is so good. You can also use bisquick and omit the flour, salt and baking powder. My husband and kid love the Impossible coconut pie I will post that one too.

1/3 call purpose flour

3/4 csugar

1/2 tspbaking powder

3large eggs beaten

1 tspvanilla

1/4 cbutter, melted
How to Make Tina's Impossible Rhubarb Pie
- Grease pie plate (10 in) or 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan. Scatter rhubarb in bottom
- Put remaining ingredients in a blender and blend well. Gently pour over rhubarb
- bake 40-45 minutes. let rest 15 minutes to set up a bit more.
