A nurse I worked with many years ago gave me this recipe, I have used it often. It's very easy and makes a great summer dessart.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 - 9 oz carton frozen whipped topping thawed
- 1 - 6 3/4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup softed butter
- 1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese softened.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - 6 3/4 oz chocolate pudding mix
- 1 - grated chocolate candy bar (optional)
How To Make the next best thing to ????

Step 1make the bottom crust by mixing together flour, butter, and pecans until crumb like. press into a greased 13x9" baking pan, bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden rown.

Step 2take out of oven and cool completely.

Step 3beat cream cheese, with sugar until smooth, fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping, then spread mixture over cooled crust.

Step 4combine vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes and beat in milk until smooth and thickened. spread over cream cheese layer.

Step 5spread the remaning whipped topping over the top. sprinkle with the greated chocolate candy bar cover and refrigerate over night.
