the easiest lemon pie
I love anything lemon, y’all!! This recipe is just way too easy to throw together when you’re having a light, sweet, lemony craving. You can top it with whipped topping or a can of chilled cherry pie filling. Better yet, just do both! I use my toaster oven to bake mine.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 tub of whipped topping
- 1 can cherry pie filling, optional
How To Make the easiest lemon pie

Step 1Preheat oven/toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the first three ingredients with your hand mixer.

Step 2Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4Allow to cool.

Step 5Place in fridge. Top with toppings before serving.
