Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 3 - eggs,slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brandy or rum(if desired)
- 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell

Step 1Assemble all the ingredients.In a large bowl cream butter and sugar.Add the pecans,eggs,salt,vanilla,corn syrup & brandy or rum. Poor into unbaked pie shell. Baker in a 350 deg oven for about 55 minutes.Cool.Refrigerate when cool.
