i've always loved sweet potatoe pie and anything sweet potatoe. and i love it that this tastes great and is fast and easy to make rite now for the holidays. i've made 2 and made extra filling and put in the freezer. hope you like it as much as i do.

Ingredients

1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 jars gerber sweet potatoes
1 - tub cool whip 8 oz thawed
milk - to make instant pudding {use cold milk]
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
dash - vanilla
1 - ready made graham cracker pie crust

How To Make sweet potatoe refridgerator pie

Step 1

im large mixing bowl make pudding.

Step 2

add gerber sweet potatoes.
Step 3

add spices. blrnd well.
Step 4

fold in about 2/3 tub cool whip. make sure all ingredients r blended well.
Step 5

pour into graham cracker pie crust. may put in freezer ti ready to use. or in fridge over nite for next day to serve.
Step 6

with pastry bag [or snip end of a zip lock bag] and decorate with remaining cool whip.
