Sweet Potato Pie

My family like's pumpkin and sweet potato pie to be a litte more thicker in consistency than most other's so if you like a more wet pie just increase the half and half to 1/2 a cup.
How to Make Sweet Potato Pie
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake sweet potatoes until tender about a hour, let cool until you can handle them.
- Cut potatoes in half and scoop out pulp place into a mixing bowl (I use a kitchen aid) add butter and beat on med high until creamy, add all the other ingredients and beat on med speed until mixed well.
- Spread into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes middle should start to turn golden brown.
