This pie is so very delicious...and so easy to prepare.

Ingredients

1-1/2 cup sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 - egg, well beaten
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla or rum flavoring
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 - 9 inch pie shell

How To Make sweet potato pie

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together with a mixer well.

Step 2

Pour into prepared pie shell.
Step 3

Bake 325-350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
