sweet potato pie
I made this to bring for Thanksgiving several years ago it's always a hit with the grandchildren serve with fresh whipped cream. It's a good way to use leftover sweet potatoes.

Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes( prebaked)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or orange extract
- 1 package pie crust
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
How To Make sweet potato pie

Step 1In a large bowl mash sweet potatoes and add remaining ingredients except pie crust.

Step 2Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 3Fit pie crust into pie plate (I like to use refrigerated roll out dough).

Step 4Pour sweet potato mixture into pie shell and bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean .Let cool on wire rack.
