I put miniature marshmallows in the bottom of the pie plate before I pour the potato mixture in. The marshmallows rise to the top during the baking process.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter

How To Make sweet potato pie

Step 1

Beat potatoes, butter, and sugar with mixture.

Step 2

Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Step 3

Pour into pie shell and bake at 360 degrees until done. This takes about 20 minutes.
