Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mashed sweet potato
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 - eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1/3 teaspoon allspice, ground

How To Make sweet potato pie

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350` F.

Step 2

You can make your own or use frozen pie crust. Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350`F, or till firm (knife inserted into center will come out clean.) Serve warm with Ice Cream or CoolWhip.
