Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    mashed sweet potato
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c
    whole milk
  • 1/3 tsp
    allspice, ground

How to Make Sweet Potato Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350` F.
  2. You can make your own or use frozen pie crust.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350`F, or till firm (knife inserted into center will come out clean.)

    Serve warm with Ice Cream or CoolWhip.
