Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla.

- 3Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 375 and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and just bubbly around the edges.
- 4Cool on rack; then refrigerate for 3 hours.
- 5Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
