A sweet & creamy old fashioned pie. Serve well chilled.

Ingredients

  • 1 - unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • - pinch of salt
  • (OPTIONAL)
  • - whipped topping
  • - cinnamon

How To Make sweet cream pie

  • Step 1
    Combine sugar, flour and salt in medium bowl. Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 375 and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and just bubbly around the edges.
  • Step 4
    Cool on rack; then refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Step 5
    Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Step 6
    Enjoy!
