A sweet & creamy old fashioned pie. Serve well chilled.

Ingredients

1
unbaked 9" pie shell
1 c
sugar
1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 1/2 c
heavy cream
1 tsp
vanilla
pinch of salt

(OPTIONAL)

whipped topping
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Combine sugar, flour and salt in medium bowl.
Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla.
2Pour mixture into pie shell.
3Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 375 and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and just bubbly around the edges.
4Cool on rack; then refrigerate for 3 hours.
5Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
6Enjoy!
