    unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    pinch of salt

  • ·
    whipped topping
  • ·

How to Make Sweet Cream Pie


  1. Combine sugar, flour and salt in medium bowl.
    Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla.
  2. Pour mixture into pie shell.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 375 and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and just bubbly around the edges.
  4. Cool on rack; then refrigerate for 3 hours.
  5. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Enjoy!
