How to Make Sweet Cream Pie
- Combine sugar, flour and salt in medium bowl.
Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla.
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 375 and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and just bubbly around the edges.
- Cool on rack; then refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
