How to Make Swedish Peach Pie
- Peel and slice peaches, squeeze lemon juice over peaches and stir-up. Put peaches in a 9 inch deep dish pie plate so it is 3/4 full of peaches. Take 1 Tb. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon mix together and sprinkle over peaches. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together and spread it evenly on top of peaches ( I sprinkled top of dough with a little sugar ) Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 min. until crust is golden brown and peaches starting to bubble through crust. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, very enjoyable!!
