swedish apple pie
I am not good at making crust, so when I found this recipe for apple pie that didn't require a traditional crust, I was delighted! It has become a holiday staple. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 4-5 - large apples
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
How To Make swedish apple pie

Step 1Peel apples and slice. Place in pie tin.

Step 2Mix the 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 Tbsp sugar, sprinkle over apples.

Step 3Mix flour, sugar, melted butter and egg together.

Step 4Pour this over the apples.

Step 5Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

Step 6Serve warm with vanilla bean ice cream!
