Ingredients
- 6 - apples, granny smith, i've used other also
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine-melted
How To Make swedish apple pie

Step 1Peel and core apples, then slice (like for regular apple pie)and put in 9" DEEP pie dish

Step 2Sprinkle the 1 Tbl spoon of suger and 1 t cinnamon over sliced apples

Step 3Mix flour and sugar together, add melted margarine and beat in egg by hand until creamy.

Step 4Poor this mixture over apples

Step 5Bake 350 degrees approx 40 min or until golden brown and apples are done.

Step 6Can be served with whip cream, ice cream or great by itself...ENJOY!!!!!
