This pie is light, fruity, cool, and the perfect summer pie. I use banana and strawberry jello and fruit. You can use whatever flavor you want.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powered sugar
- 1/2 cup cool whip
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- 1 package jello (4 serving)
- 1 package cook vanilla pudding (4 serving)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 cups fresh fruit (cut up)
How To Make summer pie

Step 1Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Stir in cool whip. Spread in crust. Refrigerate.

Step 2Mix gelatin, pudding mix and water in medium saucepan until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until it bubbles. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir in fruit.

Step 3Spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with cool whip and fruit. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
