I thought this would make a great recipe for around the holidays. So many times, people with diabeties or on diets have to try to ignore the dessert table at holiday celebrations. Now, they can enjoy having a great dessert! Of course you don't have to wait for the holiday's you can enjoy this anytime of the year!

Ingredients
- 1 - reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 8 ounces sugar free cool whip
- 1 large package sugar free french vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpking pie spice
How To Make sugar free whipped pumpkin pie

Step 1Combine milk, pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix with mixer or blender for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2Gently fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Mix well.

Step 3Pour pudding/Cool Whip mixture into the pie crust.

Step 4Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
