My husband is diabetic, so I came up with a sugar free pie that he could enjoy. It also helps with our waistlines.

Ingredients
- 1 - reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
- 8 ounces sugar free cool whip
- 1 box sugar free sugar free instant french vanilla or banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups low fat 2% milk
- 11 ounces mandrin oranges
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 - bananas - sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut - optional
- 1/8 cup toasted coconut - optional
How To Make sugar free tropical pie

Step 1Prepare crust: slice the 2 bananas and line them in the bottom of the low fat graham cracker crust.

Step 2Mix 1 small box of instant sugar free french vanilla or banana creme pudding and 1 1/2 cup low fat milk. Mix with mixer or blender for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Add to the pudding the small cans of mandrin oranges and pineapple, then add coconut.

Step 4Gently fold the Cool Whip into the pudding and fruit mixture.

Step 5Pour the mixture on top of bananas in the crust.

Step 6If you want at this point you can add toasted coconut and/or sliced bananas to the top of the pie.

Step 7Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
