The first time I had rhubarb was in a pie made by a friend's mom when I lived in Belgium. I was amazed that I liked it so much!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cut up rhubarb
- 2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- lemon juice
- 2 pie crusts

Step 1Mix dry ingredients, fold into fruit. Put this into crust. Squeeze lemon juice over all. Strip top with pastry. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes on the bottom rack. Then bake at 350 degrees on the top rack for 30 minutes.
