My niece was wanting a pie, so I had to see what I had on hand , strawberries, crushed pineapple and cream cheese, yep sounded good

Ingredients
- 1 - pie crust shell ( i used ready to bake, graham cracker would be good too)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can crushed pineapple (small can)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries ( diced)
- 10 - strawberries ( sliced for garnish, optional)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package gelatin, unflavored or strawberry
How To Make strawberry pineapple pie ( kat)

Step 1If using a ready to bake crust, bake as directed and let cool. In a bowl mix together cream cheese, diced strawberries, crushed pineapple, gelatin and condensed milk, until well blended.

Step 2Pour into pie shell, place sliced strawberries on top ( optional) and chill in fridge for 3+ hours
