Given to me by my co workers!! I myself have not made it yet. But it is VERY delicious!!!!

Ingredients

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 - baked pie shell

How To Make strawberry pie

Step 1

In sauce pan combine water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly!!! Till mixture boils. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly.

Step 2

add Jello, stir till dissolved.
Step 3

Let cool till partially set (NOT FIRM)!!!!!
Step 4

While cooling, clean and cut up strawberries. Add to the jello mixture and stir till mixed. Not to much.
Step 5

Pour into BAKED pie shell. Chill until set.
Step 6

My co worker triples the recipe for 2 pies.
