One of my favorite pies growing up. So easy too. I'll add a photo once it's set and sliced.

baked - 9 inch pie shell
1 1/4 c
vanilla ice cream
sliced fresh strawberries - drained if extra juicy
with whipped cream if desired
How To Make
Bring water to a boil and stir into the strawberry jello. Add the ice cream by spoonfuls and stir until melted.
Chill for 15 - 20 minutes or until thick, but not set.
Stir in the strawberries and pour into prepared pie crust.
Chill until set enough to cut. You can top with whipped cream or serve a dollop with each individual slice, or serve as is. It's great any way you serve it.
