This is so refreshing. You can make it a "virgin" one if you are serving to children. If you're not serving to children it's worth it making it adult friendly :-)

Ingredients

CRUST

1 1/4 c
pretzels crushed into crumbs
6 Tbsp
butter melted
1/4 c
sugar

FILLING

1 1/2 c
strawberries diced
1
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c
lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 c
tequilla (can use less for your taste)
2 Tbsp
triple sec
1 1/2 c
cool whip-thawed

How to Make Strawberry Margarita Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1To make the crust, combine pretzel crumbs, butter and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of pie pan that has been lightly buttered or sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 2Combine sweetened condensed milk, strawberries, lime juice, tequilla and triple sec. Gently fold in Cool Whip and pour into crust.
  • 3Freeze for 4-8hrs. Let stand for about 10 minutes on counter before serving. Garnish with additional Cool Whip and strawberries if desired.
