Ingredients

  • 1 pie crus - you can use a pre made one
  • Eggs two - two eggs
  • Reg sugar cup use half cup of white sugar
  • Two box cream cheese softened 16 oz total
  • 1/2 cup vanilla extract
  • Egg yolks - six egg yolks
  • One cup cup marsala wine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Two cup whip cream pre made
  • 16 ounces macerated strawberries

How To Make strawberry decadence

  • Step 1
    Place eight inch pie crust on flour surface
  • Step 2
    Take strawberries, cream cheese and share and whip until creamy
  • Step 3
    Take cheesecake mixture and put half in center of pie crust, to make it look like a turnover
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 until golden brown and pull out and let it cool for twenty minutes
  • Step 5
    Whipping the sabayon: If you want to serve the sabayon warm, make it at the last minute. If you want to glaze the sabayon under the broiler, or make it ahead of time to serve chilled, have ready a large bowl (larger than the one in which you whip the sauce) partly filled with ice cubes.
  • Step 6
    Top cheesecake turnover with sabayon sauce and whipped cream
