strawberry cream cheese pie
This is such a refreshing dessert for summer. Actually it's good anytime. Everyone loves it when I make this pie. especially on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
- 1- 3 oz boxes strawberry jello
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 8 oz - cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1-8 oz package cool whip or your favorite brand whipped topping
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make strawberry cream cheese pie

Step 1empty jello into large bowl,add boiling water, Stir until dissolved, Add the softened cream cheese,beat with a mixer until well mixed. fold in the whipped topping.

Step 2pour into crust. Can add sliced strawberries at this point if you wish. Sometimes I do & dometimes I don't. I put it in freezer for about 30 minutes then take it out & put in in the refigerator for at least 3 hours before I serve it.
