  • 1 - envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 - egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed strawberrys
  • 1 cup whipping cream

How To Make strawberry chiffon pie

  • Step 1
    In a small saucepan, stir gelatin into 1/3 cup cold water. let stand 1 minute. add the sugar,egg yolks, lemon juice, an dash salt. cook an stir mixture over med heat until it begins to boil, remove from heat. Transfer to a med bowl; stir in crushed strawberries. cover an chill till mixture mounds when spooned
  • Step 2
    whip the one cup cream to soft peaks, fold cream mixture into strawberry mixture. spoon into shell . cover; chill for 4 hours. garnish with strawberries or whipped cream ummmmmmm
